Overview
We know that men face challenges in family law cases. Although the law is supposed to be neutral, courts too often rule against them–especially when they’re seeking custody of their children or trying not only provide financial support but also pay what’s owed!
We reject old school thinking which says women are inherently more suited for raising kids because it doesn’t take into account individual differences among people and there can certainly exist an instance where one parent would suit another better than themselves given certain traits/skills sets needed at times during childhood development stages
